Store is part of every plan. On each order, Sprykit keeps a platform fee that drops as you move up. Stripe charges its own processing fee on the same payment, at Stripe’s published rate. Both come out before the payment reaches your Stripe balance, so what you keep is the order total minus Sprykit’s fee minus Stripe’s.

Which modules are included?
Every plan includes Connect (QR codes, landing pages, link pages, menus, business cards, and Journeys routing) and Forms, with limits that grow by tier. Hub (member hubs for clubs, leagues, and teams) and Store (fees, registrations, and memberships paid on your own Stripe account) are live modules too — the matrix shows which plans carry each, and Store's platform fee by plan is listed under it.
What does Store cost?
Store is part of your plan. On each order, Sprykit keeps a platform fee that drops as you move up — 5% on Free, 2.1% on Starter, 1% on Growth, 0% on Professional, and 0% on Business. Stripe charges its own processing fee on the same payment, at Stripe's published rate (see stripe.com/pricing). Both come out before the payment reaches your Stripe balance, so what you keep is the order total minus Sprykit's fee minus Stripe's. Sprykit never holds your money.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, or at the end of your trial.
What happens when I reach my monthly visits?
Nothing breaks. Your QR codes, short links, and published pages keep working — we never break a printed code. Past the allowance, published pages show a small Sprykit banner until the month resets or you upgrade, and we'll notify you before you reach it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required at signup and is not charged until the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing. Prefer no card at all? Start on the Free plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing means you pay for 10 months and get 12 months of service.
Which plans include Journeys smart routing?
Basic Journeys routing is available on every plan. Smart routing rules (device, location, and time-based targeting) plus A/B testing with automatic winner detection are included on Growth and above — see the comparison matrix for full details.
