Take payments where your scans start
Team fees, field-trip registrations, memberships, and spirit wear, sold from a storefront that a printed QR code or a shared link opens. Buyers pay on your own Stripe account; Sprykit connects it and never holds the money.
Part of every plan, from Free. Sprykit's platform fee by plan is on the pricing page; Stripe's fees are Stripe's.
From a Stripe account to a printed code
Three steps, in this order, and the storefront does the rest.
Connect your Stripe account
Store runs on Stripe Connect. Link the account your organisation already has, or create one from the Payments page. Payouts go to your bank, and the Stripe dashboard stays yours.
Add what you sell
A product, a fee, a registration that asks the questions you need for each participant, or a membership that renews on a card on file or runs for a fixed term. Set a sale window, a capacity, or a per-order maximum.
Print the code
Make a Pay QR code that opens one item, or share the storefront's link in a hub post, an email, or a flyer. Change the item behind a printed code later; the print stays the same.
What a buyer sees
You set up the storefront; a parent, a player, or a supporter just gets a page that takes their payment.
- A page for the item
- The item at order.sprykit.com with its price, the details to fill in, and the spots left — on a phone, from the code, with no account to create.
- Checkout on your Stripe
- Stripe's hosted checkout on your own account, with your promotion codes. A spot is held while they pay and freed if they walk away.
- Their order, kept
- A confirmation email with a link to their order page, and — for a membership — the place to update a card or cancel, through Stripe's own portal.
Everything a season of payments needs
From the first fee of the year to the last membership renewal.
Registrations that collect details
Ask for a participant's name, date of birth, emergency contact, sizes, consent — per spot, checked at checkout, exported with the roster.
Memberships, renewing or once
Monthly or yearly on a card on file through Stripe Billing, with an optional free trial — or a fixed term paid once, with a reminder before it ends.
Discount codes and sales
Percent or amount off, limited to certain items, with a redemption cap and an expiry — created on your Stripe account from the storefront. A sale window strikes through the list price.
A QR code straight to an item
The Pay QR type in Connect encodes one item, optionally with a code applied. Repoint it later; the print stays the same.
Orders and the roster
Every order with its items and answers, a per-item roster you can export as CSV, mark as fulfilled, and a link to the payment in Stripe.
Webhooks and notifications
Signed webhooks for paid orders, registrations, and membership changes — retried until delivered — plus email to you and to the buyer at each step.
Follow where Store is going
Get an email when new Store capabilities ship — no noise, just launches.
Take your first payment this week
Connect Stripe, add your first fee, print the code — and the next payment lands in your account, not in a shoebox.
